Host Cancellation Policy 

–       Throughout the common year – if a client cancels his reservation more than 14 days
before check-in, his/her deposit paid up front in the amount of 30% of the total price of
accommodation will be returned in his/her bank account.
–        Throughout the common year – if a client cancels his reservation 14 days or less
before check-in, his/her deposit in the amount of 30% of the total price of
accommodation shall remain the property of the host as a cancellation fee.
 
–      When booking a New Year´s stay, a deposit of 50% of the total price of
accommodation is required. The deposit is not refundable! If a reservation is cancelled
before check-in for any reason, the deposit paid up front in the amount of 50% of the
total amount of the price of accommodation shall remain the property of the host as a
cancellation fee.
